Economy Adds Jobs, But Wages Fall, In Latest Labor Report

The U.S. economy continued to defy international trends by adding a robust 292,000 jobs in December, the Labor Department reported Friday, a 40,000 increase from the previous month and nearly 100,000 more than projected.
